Photo 1 - Customers will exit from the Checkout area through the green door to the left of the Loadout area. Cement posts will protect them from moving vehicles. Photo 2 - Across the Loadout path, there is a gate to the parking lot.
West Side of Barn. Photo 1 shows a break in the fencing where skinny people can exit from the back end of the Edibles area. Photo 2 shows the raised grassy area this exit leads to. Maybe put picnic tables here? Photo 3 shows the road along the west side of the barn. Tomatoes, Perennials and Vendors may be able to use this road to drive through the barn to unload. Note there is a 2-3' high ramp from the road to the barn level.
Photo 1 - there is space behind the barn the MGs working the sale may be able to park. THIS IS NOT APPROVED YET. Photo 2 - There is a small arena behind the barn that may be used for temporary storage during the sale. Photo 3 - Even though there are drains in the uncovered area behind the barn this sign indicates we should only be washing tables in the covered Edibles area. Possibly, that drain is connected to some kind of filtering system.
Photo 1 - parking area outside the Maintenance fence back by the greenhouses. Photo 2 - More of the parking area outside the fence. Idea - At the end of the sale, move any leftover plants to this area while we sell or dispose of them. Possibly even have the After Sale in this location. Photo 3 - Image from Conservation District. Contract states nothing attached to the walls but they're using the cattle tie boards. Is this OK? Only tape? Staples OK if we remove them?
