Snohomish County Master Gardener Foundation
The Jenette Croft
“Hat’s Off to You!”
Award
Jenette Croft was secretary for the Horticulture Program of WSU-Snohomish County Extension for thirteen years, retiring in 2014. Jenette was known for her dedication to the job, to the staff, and to all those with whom she came in contact. She was the person to go to for answers and could be counted on for help and understanding. She often worked behind the scenes to make sure projects stayed on track and were done well.
We honor Jenette’s can-do attitude with the “Hat’s Off to You” award. The award represents the qualities she brought to Extension: compassion, patience, knowledge, understanding, integrity, ability to get the job done, and working behind the scenes. Recipients of the Jennette Croft Award stand for all good things that make the Snohomish County Master Gardener Program a great volunteer organization.
This award may be presented to any Snohomish County Master Gardener at any time during the year by any other Snohomish County Master Gardener. If you would like to present this award to another Master Gardener, follow the procedure below.
